General area of ​​study 36 "Economic sciences"

The modern labor market of the Republic of Moldova needs competitive specialists with:

  • entrepreneurial skills;
  • professional base of fundamental knowledge;
  • able to organize and effectively implement professional activities in the field of Business and Management.

The sphere of Business and Management is aimed at training specialist managers with knowledge and skills in the field of organization and management of enterprises, organizations, business companies.

At the enterprise level, Business and Management Specialists must ensure the smooth operation of all activities:

  • acquisition of economic resources, production / provision of services;
  • sales;
  • organization and development of the organizational structure of the company;
  • business planning;
  • development of the information system;
  • enterprise personnel management.

At the same time, graduates of the specialty Business and Management are potential entrepreneurs who will contribute to the creation of jobs and new opportunities for the socio-economic progress of the economy of the Republic of Moldova.

The vocational training program has a traditional character and is reflected in the nomenclature of specialties in the Republic of Moldova and other countries.

As part of the training (disciplinary) programs of the specialty Business and Management, the Curriculum includes:

  • Modules designed to form competencies of a general cultural nature, applicable both in the framework of subsequent professional activities and in the areas of social life of graduates;
  • Modules that provide basic theoretical knowledge and skills specific to professionals in the field of Business and Management.

Entry conditions:

  • Diploma "de BAC";
  • Diploma of the Professional College;
  • Diploma of Higher Education.

Acquired Qualifications:

Licentiate of the general direction of preparation 36 "Economic sciences". The acquired qualification of post-licensing training will allow specialists: to develop strategic and creative thinking, the ability to make decisions at the managerial level, to orientate themselves in the development of leadership qualities, to increase the economic productivity of the organization, to strive for continuous improvement of the level of qualification and education.

The features of this specialty 363.1 "Business and Management" are the practical orientation of the program, interactive teaching methods, graduates mastering the relevant knowledge, certain skills in making strategic decisions in organizations, with theoretical approaches to management and practical experience of different managers, as well as a worldview based on a deep understanding the features of a market economy and its capabilities, functions and economic role of the state, awareness of the social responsibility of business and adherence to civilized ethical standards of its conduct. Also, graduates are able to open their own business, acting as managers, economists, consultants and auditors, and researchers.
